Welcome to the 303030 Accelerator (the “Website” and “Event”). By accessing our website or purchasing a ticket to our events, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Overview

303030 Accelerator provides a platform for networking, workshops, and startup showcases. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and participants.

2. Eligibility

  • Age Limit: You must be at least 16 years of age to attend the event or use this website.

  • Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Ticketing and Refunds

  • Third-Party Platforms: Tickets are sold via authorized third-party platforms (e.g., Ihjoz, Tick’it, Platinumlist). Your purchase is also subject to their respective terms.

  • Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. Refunds are issued only in the event of a full cancellation of the event by the organizer, not due to Force Majeure.

  • Access Levels: General Admission and VIP tickets offer different levels of access (e.g., workshops vs. exhibition-only). Please ensure your ticket type matches your intended attendance.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All logos, branding, and website content are the property of 303030 Accelerator S.A.R.L.

  • Speaker/Startup Content: Presentations and pitches remain the intellectual property of the respective speakers or startups. You may not record or distribute full sessions without express written permission.

5. Code of Conduct

We foster a community of creativity and business. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the website or the physical event venue who:

  • Engages in harassment or discriminatory behavior.

  • Disrupts workshops or panels.

  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the website’s backend.

6. Limitation of Liability

303030 Accelerator provides a networking platform. We are not responsible for:

  • The success or failure of any business deals made during the event.

  • The accuracy of information provided by independent speakers or exhibitors.

  • Personal injury or loss of property at the physical venue (Beirut Hall or other locations).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Beirut.
